Kitchen Remodel
Living room, kitchen, and dining combined into one large space with no dividing walls.
This family wanted the living room, kitchen, and dining room combined into one large open space with no dividing walls.
An engineer assessed how to remove all the interior walls while supporting the second floor above. Mid-project we found an additional support was needed beyond the plan.
We stopped work until the right sized beam could be delivered, installed it, and picked the project right back up. The family got exactly the open space they wanted, built right.
