Bathroom Remodel
A spa-like master bath, with the shower and tub swapped and a structural wall moved to make room.
A spa-like master bathroom. We swapped the shower and tub locations and opened a wall between the bathroom and closet to gain the space the design needed.
Any time square footage grows there are surprises behind the walls, and the wall we needed to move turned out to be structural.
We diagnosed how to re-support the new wall adequately and did it without passing additional cost to the customer.
